Refund policy

Because our watches are vintage pieces, each item carries its own history and characteristics.

Due to the vintage nature of these watches, minor signs of wear such as light scratches, patina, aging marks, or slight imperfections may be present. These are normal characteristics of vintage items after years of use.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Order cancellation & Sizing

Before shipment:
Any cancellation requested before the item is dispatched will incur a non-refundable 20% fee to cover restocking, handling, payment processing, and transaction costs.

After shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the look and feel of the vintage watch.

All watch case sizes, measurements, and specifications are clearly stated in the product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing these details carefully before placing an order. Returns will not be accepted if the watch size is later considered unsuitable after the item has been delivered.

Unboxing requirement

To help resolve any potential issues fairly, customers are required to record a video while unboxing the package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel before opening
  • The full unboxing process
  • The condition of the watch upon first inspection

This recording helps verify the condition of the item at the time of delivery.

Eligible repairs

Repair requests are accepted only in the following situations:

  • The watch is damaged during shipping
  • The watch has a manufacturing defect
  • The item does not match the product description

If the issue qualifies under the conditions above, the watch may be sent back to us for inspection and repair.

To qualify for repair service, the watch must be returned in the same condition as received, together with all original contents, including packaging, documents, and any accessories that came with the item.

Shipping the watch back

If the request is approved:

  • Please pack the item carefully before sending it back to us.
  • We recommend recording a video while packing the shipment to protect both parties in case of any disputes.
  • Once the shipment has been sent, please provide us with the tracking number.

After the watch arrives, our team will inspect the issue and repair it if necessary to ensure it functions properly before sending it back to you.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for arranging the shipping. We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delays during transit, so we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
