Warranty

All watches come with a 6-month movement warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers issues related to the proper functioning of the watch movement.

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling
  • Exposure to water or moisture
  • Normal aging and everyday wear
  • Battery replacement or battery-related maintenance
  • Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, marks, or signs of wear on the case, crystal, or strap

How to request warranty service

If your watch requires warranty service:

  • Contact us with details of the issue.
  • If the request is approved, we will provide return instructions. If possible, our team may first assist you with remote guidance instead of requiring the watch to be sent back.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for both sending the watch to us and receiving it back.
  • After inspection and repair, the watch will be sent back to you.
